Grappenhall Karate Club
Grappenhall Community Centre, Bellhouse Lane,
ALL ARE WELCOME
Adults, children, girls or boys; all are welcome. We operate a mixed class of all ages and sexes.
Whether its increasing confidence for young ones, improving suppleness in joints with stretching, or cardio-vadcular fitness, the class offers something for everyone.
Fitness, fun, discipline and competition.
You will sweat, you will become fit, but you will also learn a great deal about focussing and channeling your energy, becoming stong in mind and body.
Grappenhall karate club is a traditional Shotokan Karate club which has been running since 1998. The club is a part of the National Martial Arts Association run by Professor Robert Brown.
We are dedicated to teaching empty hand self defence to students of all ages. This involves training both the mind and body. We help to develop fitness, confidence, and self-discipline.
Classes are run by Sensai Mike Strawbridge who has mentored several students to black belt grade.
